They are a collaboration between two products. Stay Hawaii is the marketplace: the site travelers browse and book on. Navi CoHost is the back office: the app where hosts run their rentals with one calendar, bookings, guest messages, and money reports. When you list on Stay Hawaii, you manage everything in Navi CoHost with one login. Guests see Stay Hawaii; hosts work in Navi CoHost.

Yes. Your first property gets its own booking page, your own link and QR card, a calendar with all your bookings together, and a spot on stayhawaii.app for $0. No card needed and nothing to cancel.

Two ways. Guests pay a 5% service fee on top of your price when they find you here and book. Guests who come from your own link pay nothing extra. And hosts who want more than one listing, or the full host tools, pay for Pro: $8 a month per listing, and $5 a month for each listing past ten. We take no host commissions.

You: nothing. Your price is your price, and we take no host commissions. Your guest: a 5% Stay Hawaii fee on top of your price, shown before they pay. Stripe: about 3% for card processing, the same as any card payment. That is theirs, not ours.

Your first listing is free. After that it is $8 a month for each listing, and $5 a month for each listing past ten. Adding a listing never lowers your bill, so 5 listings are $32 a month, 10 are $72, 25 are $147, and 50 are $272. Pro adds more listings and the full back office: guest replies drafted for you (you always hit send), automatic messages, cleaner scheduling, price suggestions and money reports.

If someone books from your own link, your QR card, your website or your Google listing, that is your guest. If someone finds you by browsing stayhawaii.app, we found them for you. Your own guests pay no fee, on every listing, free or Pro. Guests we find always pay the 5%.

Hawaii hosts with a legal rental. Hawaii law requires your TAT number on every ad, so your listing needs it to appear on stayhawaii.app. We show it on your listing so guests know you are licensed.

Guests pay through your own Stripe account at checkout and the money goes straight to you. Stay Hawaii never holds your funds.

Yes. Your Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com calendars connect by calendar feed and refresh regularly through the day, and your direct bookings are recorded the moment they happen, so everything sits on one calendar.

Checkout runs through Stripe, and hosts with a Verified badge have had their identity and payout details confirmed during payment setup. Have a government ID ready for your trip; your host may ask to see it before or at check-in.
